How to install:
Put gta_sa.exe , d3d9.dll , enbseries.ini , enbpalette.bmp , effect.txt in your GTA SA Main Directory and timecyc.aaa in DATA folder
If you wanna add the clouds (thanks to Meedo) as well, you have to replace the pngs of the clouds in the particle.txd with the one placed in the rar. To do it you can use TXD Workshop.
